At Bolton United Hub we offer both short and long term bookings for the community centre.
This form should be completed if you would like to make a booking for longer than 12 weeks for either of the facilities.

• Once submitted, your request will be considered by the Bolton United Hub team and you will be informed of the decision within 4-6 weeks.
  Please provide as much information as possible so that the Bolton United Hub team are able to make an informed decision.

Please note:

1. Any bookings lasting less than 12 weeks should be made using our online booking system (not this form)

2. Only applications for bookings lasting longer than 12 weeks should be submitted using this form

3. If your application is unsuccessful we will try and offer you alternatives as close to your original request

4. Once your application has been approved you will be required to make payment to cover first 3 months and thereafter invoiced on a quarterly basis.

5. No refunds will be issued for bookings made but not used

6. The Bolton United Hub reserve the right to cancel any bookings at anytime due to any factors including, but not limited to misuse of the facilities - no refunds will be issued if your reservation is cancelled.
